Big Goals was formed in 2013 by two highly experienced leadership consultants, to develop and deliver customised leadership and team development programmes that would make a difference.
Delivering a range of short and long-term programmes, including leadership coaching, within a range of organisations, we made a difference in some very challenging environments. In 2016 one of our clients won an award at the Australian Accounting Awards for the programme we developed and delivered for them.
In early 2017 Big Goals restructured and shifted their focus to working online in order to help managers and small business owners who can’t easily access high quality leadership education and information to help them do their job.
Juliet Robinson – Founder/Director
Juliet has been working with organisations and teams across a range of industries for the past 20 years to develop leadership capabilities and create sustainable change. She has built and managed a successful wholesale and retail business and still works across all levels of organisations to help define strategies, assist Managers to develop their leadership skills and ensure their team members understand how to deliver on their role in achieving business results. Having run businesses and worked within and led teams, she has a very broad base of experience in the people issues that organisations and leaders grapple with every day.
We also have a team of highly experienced associates who have worked with some of Australia’s largest companies across most industries. They will pop up in bonus sessions within our Leadership Essentials programme to speak about their areas of expertise.
